Harlequin Electrical & Property Specialists Ltd ("we") runs Harlequin Schedule, an internal app used only by our own directors and staff for job scheduling and handling business receipts.

What the app accesses

When connected to our own QuickBooks Online company, the app reads transaction details and attaches receipt images to our own transactions. It does not access any other company's data.

What we keep

Receipt images, a description of what each purchase was for, and the related QuickBooks transaction references. These are stored securely with Cloudflare and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint). Access is limited to our staff through a company sign-in.

Sharing

We do not sell or share this data with anyone, other than our accountant as part of normal bookkeeping.

How long we keep it

Records are kept for as long as UK law requires us to keep business records (currently six years for a limited company), then deleted.

• Access may be withdrawn at any time.
